“If you can dream it, you can do it.” Walt Disney

Our imagination is very powerful, whatever we imagine, we can create. Where our focus lies, is where our intentions are, and intentions can be powerful. Where are your thoughts? Where is your focus? Think about what’s going on in your life and what makes you happy? Are they in alignment? If you are so far away from where you want to be, then you most likely need to redirect your focus and change your mind. Using your imagination to see where you want to be and what you want your life to look like creates an intention. Once you do this and you keep your focus on that, opportunities, ideas and people start showing up to assist you. Your responsibility then is to take action. You must believe enough in what you want, that it is possible for it to happen, to take the right action. Imagination without action is just entertainment.

So many times we have limiting beliefs in our subconscious that stops us somewhere in the middle of this process. Maybe at the beginning, when we are imagining our dream, we hear a voice that might say “no not you”. Or when an idea, opportunity, or person shows up, you deny that they are there for you. Your “not good enoughs” may kick in. These self sabatoging thoughts were programmed in your subconscious at a young age and they are the real culprits to your success.

When people say “all you have to do is change your mind”, it sounds easy, but how do you really do it? You can consciously change your mind, but if your subconscious doesn’t change, you keep doing the same thing over and over again. How do I know about this? Well, I’ve been through it, and I’ve used some wonderful energy psychology tools to “Change My Beliefs Into Knowing”. I’ve gotten rid of those “thought gremlins” that created havoc in my life. It’s really an easy task to do.  There really is an “easy button”, contact me and I will help you find it.
